Valley West Condos include the Kimball Ave Condos built in 2003 and the Tool Street Condos built in 2006 within the Valley West Subdivision in Bozeman, Montana.

Kimball Ave Condos were built in 2003. The condos are comprised of 16 units that are 2450sf each.  These units were 3 bedroom, 3 bath units with bonus areas above the garages.  The homes were finished with heavy timber accents, gas fireplaces, granite countertops, maple floors, and rear entry double garages.

Tool Street Condos were built in 2006 and total 4 units of 1850 sf each.  Each unit is 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with double attached garages.  These condos were designed to be extremely energy efficient, with in-floor radiant heat, acid-etched slab on grade concrete floors, SIPs or R-panel framing, and extremely efficient heating and cooling. Each home also enjoys a indoor-outdoor fireplace and enclosed patio area.
