I met with Julien (Ironwood Development) today and went through the park, and it is really nice. In fact, as we move forward, we have a park to point to as the template for "Not Cutting Corners and Doing it Right."

Oak Meadows Subdivision is located in Bozeman, MT. Ironwood Inc has purchased the southern half of Oak Meadows which consists of 20 town home lots and 19 single family lots. Ironwood Development agreed to finish the park improvement for the City of Bozeman. The park improvements are now complete and lots are available to purchase.
