Calico Commercial Park was developed in 2005 along with the construction of the Calico Commercial Condos. The industrial park is comprised of 12 units that are 1800sf each.  Each unit has a 12' wide by 14' overhead door and large shop area, a finished office and a bathroom.  The Condominiums sit on 2.3 acres and have Bozeman city water, gas and power.  The sewer is a community septic system maintained by the owners association.was built in 2005 in Bozeman, Montana.
